ACPM Group was founded in 2012 by John Su and is dedicated to assisting you with your real estate and property management needs. John has been a property manager since 2012 and is a licensed CA real estate broker. He has experience managing commercial tenants, residential tenants, veteran affairs housing, affordable housing (including Section 8), and will represent you with full faith and integrity for any real estate transaction and acquisition. We provide a full range of services, including but not limited to: property management, leasing, lease negotiations, tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, renovations, and construction management. John graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree, from Merritt College with an Associate's Degree in Real Estate, and from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln College of Law with a Juris Doctor. John has more than 10 years of real estate experience. John places a strong emphasis on accountability, so that both the landlord and tenant each enjoy their rights and fulfill their responsibilities.
